We are looking for a high energy, dynamic candidate to fill a role in our family run business. The role is fast paced and varied. Reporting into the Director, responsibilities will include:
- Managing labourer work schedules and reporting into Local Authorities
- Day to day monitoring of our Council grass cutting teams and reporting on progress for each gang. Ensuring weekly documentation is completed and recorded
- Data inputting
- Maintaining delivery note/conveyance note schedules
- Maintaining PPE records and stock
- Monitoring vehicle and plant movements
- General filing and scanning
- Managing and recording incoming deliveries
- Communicating directly to the labourer workforce, directives from Management
- Answering calls and updating call log
Essential Skills:
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
