The Office Team

Bill Kear – Managing Director

Bill set up the company in 1972 and offered operated plant hire with a single JCB.  Through his hard work and commitment and a background in minor engineering and groundworks, this is now a diverse, family run business providing expertise to deliver projects in a timely and professional manner.  In the Equestrian sector, he applies his first-hand knowledge to the job, drawing on experience as organiser of Borde Hill Horse Trials and his qualification as a BE Course Builder, and his involvement as Senior Master and founder of the Kent & Surrey Bloodhounds.

William Kear – Director

William joined the family business in 2005 with a background in groundworks and landscaping. Now with ten years’ experience on a broad spectrum of construction projects, his knowledge has strengthened in all aspects of groundworks, rc substructure and superstructure management.  His technical knowledge, familiarity of current health and safety legislation and ability to communicate our client brief to all levels of construction personnel – always re-emphasising team work – has enabled him to successfully deliver complex projects to completion within timeframe and budget.

William’s role of managing multiple contracts has widened his experience and strengthened his skills to provide professional results.

Paul Mitchell – Estimator / Surveyor
