Bill Kear – Managing Director
Bill set up the company in 1972 and offered operated plant hire with a single JCB. Through his hard work and commitment and a background in minor engineering and groundworks, this is now a diverse, family run business providing expertise to deliver projects in a timely and professional manner. In the Equestrian sector, he applies his first-hand knowledge to the job, drawing on experience as organiser of Borde Hill Horse Trials and his qualification as a BE Course Builder, and his involvement as Senior Master and founder of the Kent & Surrey Bloodhounds.
William Kear – Director
William joined the family business in 2005 with a background in groundworks and landscaping. Now with ten years’ experience on a broad spectrum of construction projects, his knowledge has strengthened in all aspects of groundworks, rc substructure and superstructure management. His technical knowledge, familiarity of current health and safety legislation and ability to communicate our client brief to all levels of construction personnel – always re-emphasising team work – has enabled him to successfully deliver complex projects to completion within timeframe and budget.
William’s role of managing multiple contracts has widened his experience and strengthened his skills to provide professional results.
Paul Mitchell – Estimator / Surveyor
Paul joined the company in August 2021 to take over the estimating and commercial aspects of the business.
With 20+ years experience in all sectors of the building industry, Paul brings a vast variety of experience in Quantity Surveying and construction processes.
Louise Davidson – Projects and Health & Safety Co-ordinator
Louise joined the company in 2015 and brings with her secretarial experience working for Asset Managers and Building Surveyors within the property asset management company of Friends Provident and from working as a Health and Safety Co-ordinator for CITB. Here she oversees the planning application process for our equestrian clients, administration of contracts, client liaison and co-ordination of Health and Safety for projects.
Samuel Hamilton – Office Manager
Samuel joined the Company in November 2020 and is a vital link in project managing all the workflow. Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
